- Reason
- If the finished decorative item is used as a candleholder, it is assessed that there may be a potential risk if a lit candle is left unattended and allowed to burn down completely, which can result in a fire hazard due to the candleholder's prolonged exposure to an open flame. The finished product is not fire-safe, and therefore the possibility of ignition under such conditions cannot be ruled out. Consumers are therefore instructed:
